According to the fluidity of the material and the display of the pressure gauge, the cutting amount can be adjusted by adjusting the opening degree of the manual valve. Observe the changes in the pressure gauge at any time.
兩臺(tái)氣力輸送系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)輸線在一臺(tái)旋轉(zhuǎn)供給機(jī)材料輸送完成后，關(guān)閉一臺(tái)旋轉(zhuǎn)供給機(jī)，1-2分鐘后從管道輸送材料，然后打開(kāi)二臺(tái)旋轉(zhuǎn)供給機(jī)依次運(yùn)行。

關(guān)閉設(shè)備的時(shí)候需要先關(guān)閉手動(dòng)板閥（設(shè)備暫時(shí)停止的話不必關(guān)閉手動(dòng)板閥），然后關(guān)閉旋轉(zhuǎn)供給器，觀察風(fēng)扇出口處的壓力計(jì)，直到壓力下降到攻關(guān)壓力（約1分鐘間隔）。
When shutting down the equipment, it is necessary to first close the manual plate valve (if the equipment is temporarily stopped, there is no need to close the manual plate valve), then turn off the rotary feeder and observe the pressure gauge at the fan outlet until the pressure drops to the breakthrough pressure (approximately 1 minute interval).
設(shè)備若是要停止3-4個(gè)小時(shí)及以上，就需要關(guān)閉手動(dòng)板閥，若是要停止1-2天及以上，需要在除塵結(jié)束后關(guān)閉手動(dòng)板閥。
If the equipment needs to stop for 3-4 hours or more, the manual plate valve needs to be closed. If it needs to stop for 1-2 days or more, the manual plate valve needs to be closed after the dust removal is completed.
